Allen Daughertybrings a millennial perspective to the team with his current understanding of HVAC systems and technology. In 2014, he received his BS degree in HVAC design from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Allen's ability to understand and communicate will surely help in the delicate task of negotiating terms in a contract and winning a deal. He has had many years of on-the-job training in the real estate business. So, it comes as no surprise he is striving to become even better than the original team!

The Daugherty Team is a family business working alongside Coldwell Banker Realty.  Recently our daughter Jenna Daugherty joined our team in 2022 as a full-time licensed PA realtor.  Steve Daugherty (husband) and Allen Daugherty (son) are  both part-time, PA state licensed realtors.  Our team has  a diverse range of expertise from property management, construction, marketing, graduate with HVAC business degree and successful automotive business. We have been serving homebuyers and sellers in Central Pennsylvania since 2005 and have 20 plus years of combined experience in our property management business which has given us personal insight and expertise to better service our investors and clients. We also believe hard work, dedication, honesty and commitment/teamwork (married for 34 years) = success for all parties in this challenging market.
