INTRODUCTION:

The Daugherty Team -  Our professional real estate business began almost 20 years ago as a husband-and-wife team.  Being married for 36 years with 30 years of experience in property management and 10 years running a successful automotive business they understand and know how to apply the teamwork concept.  Now 17 years later, we are proud to welcome our son Allen to our real estate team.  Our family has a well-rounded ability to communicate with seniors to millennials while bringing to the table a background in construction, investor/landlord experience, strong marketing, customer service, business management, and negotiation skills.  Together we meet with our clients and apply our diversified skills for a balanced perspective in every transaction. EXPERIENCE:

Lisa has expertise in administrative duties including several years working with Engineers, Accountants and Divinity prior to becoming a PA licensed realtor in 2005.   These support roles have given Lisa the edge to better listen, understand and communicate with integrity, respect and confidentiality. These key factors are a prerequisite in each of their successful business relationships.  Church, family and community are also important factors to Lisa as she is a member of Christ UM Church, Yorkana, active chairperson on the Hospitality committee, and has served on Trustees and Staff, Pastor Parish Relations.  Lisa is also active at our local realtor association (RAYAC) with the Hands on Helpers committee.  These positions have strengthened her to become a more caring and compassionate person.  This passion to diligently assist others has given Lisa a keen desire to build relationships in real estate while guiding her clients to the next step in the real estate process.  This in return is a win/win for all concerned.

Steve has been practicing real estate since 2004 and has expertise in most of the areas above plus he specializes in working with investors and construction.  His level of understanding in the mechanics of the home helps to better communicate to the home buyers.  Church, family and community are also important factors to Steve as he currently serves as President of the Yorkana Borough council, member of Christ UM Church, Yorkana where he serves on the Finance and Rental committees.

Allen brings a millennial perspective to the team with his current understanding of HVAC systems and technology.  In 2014, he received his BS degree in HVAC design from Pennsylvania College of Technology.   Allen's ability to understand and communicate will surely help in the delicate task of negotiating terms in a contract and winning a deal. He has had many years of on-the-job training in the real estate business. So, it comes as no surprise he is striving to become even better than the original team!
